About Skateville

Skateville has been a popular destination for youth and family fun in the South Metro for over 40 years.  We are a family-owned and family-friendly business, offering rollerskating, inline skating, and arcade games in a safe environment alive with music and lights.  Adults with great memories of Skateville are now passing the experience down to their kids and grandkids, who are discovering the fun of Skateville for themselves.

Located conveniently off I-35W in Burnsville, MN, Skateville offers open skating times for all ages as well as some adult and older adult skating sessions.  We specialize in birthday parties and group events, offering a fun, affordable opportunity for people to get together for celebrations and social time in a way that happens to also be great exercise!

Whether it’s your first time on skates or you’re an old pro, we hope you will visit us soon because… Life is more fun on wheels!

Skateville has Minnesota’s only maple rotunda skating floor, offering a great surface of over 14,000 square feet for skating.  When your feet need a rest, visit our snack bar to refresh yourself with a variety of tasty offerings.  Playing in the arcade will let you challenge yourself with games of luck and skill, perhaps winning tickets that can be redeemed at our Stuff Shop, which is overflowing with fun and interesting prizes.

So visit us during an open skating session.  Bring your own skates or inline skates or rent from us.  We also have ‘Skate Mate’ helpers available to rent on a first-come, first-served basis for beginning skaters who may need a little extra help on the skating floor.

Skateville Dance and Figure Club

(USARS) is the national governing body for competitive roller sports in the United States.) In addition to participating in competitions, certified and experienced club members offer instruction in the following areas:
