Skateville Dance and Figure Club is a USARS registered artistic competitive skating club. (USA Roller Sports (USARS) is the national governing body for competitive roller sports in the United States.) In addition to participating in competitions, certified and experienced club members offer instruction in the following areas:
- General Skating: Beginners to Intermediate
- Freestyle: Jumps, spins and footwork set to music
- Dance Skating: Specific dance steps set to music
- Figures: “School Figures” is tracing circles with controlled edging

Lessons are offered most Sunday mornings, with beginner lessons from 10-10:30 with open practice 10:30-11:30, and advanced lessons from 10:30-11:30 am. (There are some exceptions for holidays or when the skating club has competitions to attend.)
Artistic competitors from out of town who are visiting the area are always welcome to visit and skate with the Club.
